Forrest L. Preston is founder, sole shareholder, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Life Care Centers of America. Mr. Preston began his career in long-term care in 1970, when Mr. Preston built Garden Terrace Convalescent Center in 1970, Cleveland, Tennessee, as a model long-term care facility. Constructed to resemble a fine hotel or comfortable home, Garden Terrace established a formula for success that is still followed today. In 1976, growth mandated the creation of a management company - Life Care Centers of America, Inc., one of the largest health care management companies in the nation. Life Care has since grown to encompass more than 225 skilled nursing facilities in 28 states.

From community-level management experience, to multi-property oversight, Bryan Preston has built a proven track record of success. Bryan has a career specializing in distressed property turn around. Driven by a desire to serve the needs of seniors, Bryan has motivated others to follow his lead. Bryan co-founded Century Park Associates as a vehicle to achieve his goal of providing professional community management. In 2006, Century Park merged with American Lifestyles, Inc. and expanded to 42 Independent and Assisted Living communities throughout the U.S.
