Fulfilling Work Environment
Century Park communities offer a friendly, “make a difference” work environment with a direct access to our General Manager as well as home office leadership team.  Teamwork is embraced and encouraged as together we make a positive impact on our residents daily.

Associate and Family Events

Holidays
Our communities observe six (6) holidays annually:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Some communities offer additional holidays such as the associate’s birthday.

Vacation
Our communities’ time-off plans vary based on the local competitive market.  The standard package is 2 weeks vacation after one year of service, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years. 

Sick Time
The amount of sick time accruable and its availability to you will be based on your position and hours worked.

Direct Deposit
Skip the errand to the bank on payday. . .  Century Park offers the convenience of depositing your check into your personal checking or savings account. 

Medical with Prescription Card
Century Park pays the majority of the monthly contributions for your coverage into our self-funded medical program.  Choose from two plans:  Preferred Plan (generous coverage) or Limited Plan (modest coverage with minimal protection).  Both options are administered by our partner Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.  Prescription Cards offer generic, preferred brand name and non-preferred brand name options.

Dental and Vision
Dental coverage for you and your family is available at discounted group rates.  As a bonus, you are automatically enrolled in a vision discount program through Vision Service Plan (VSP) when dental coverage is elected.

Life Insurance
Century Park provides, at no cost to you, one times your annual salary to a maximum of $50,000.  Additional coverage is available for you and your family.

Short-term Disability
Options are available for short-term disability coverage to protect you and your family through Unum Provident.

Bereavement Leave
In the event of the unfortunate death of a member of your immediate family, you may be granted up to 3
working days with pay. 

401(k) Retirement Plan and Company Match
Century Park’s 401(k) is an easy, convenient way for you to save for your future.  The plan was designed to help you build a sound financial base for retirement income.  You can save for your future retirement through payroll deduction of pre-tax contributions and watch savings grow tax-deferred until retirement.  Enjoy a company match which is announced annually.
