Barbara Garber, from Lake Pointe Landing Retirement Community, has been announced as the January 2024 GEM winner. She has been at Lake Pointe Landing since July of 2008. Since then, she has given 110% in all our buildings– Harbor, Patio Homes, Villas, and The Bridge. Barbara has been a key asset to The Bridge since its opening in 2009; she keeps the community looking beautiful and smelling delightful. Barbara is known to go above and beyond her daily tasks; she is often seen– on a regular basis– helping the nursing staff when they are changing beds, picking up trash, and helping serve the residents their meals. Barbara’s sweet personality lights up the room, especially when she brings candies and/or bread to share with the teams around holidays. Lake Pointe Landing is truly blessed to have Barbara on our team. Congratulations to our January GEM winner!
