Corissa Koelsch is Heatherwood Retirement’s GEM winner for October 2023. Corissa works as the concierge at the front desk; her primary role is to provide guests, families, and residents with information or help with whatever they need. In addition to working as Heatherwood’s concierge, Corissa helps serve lunch and dinner in the dining room when extra assistance is necessary. She is often known for her warm and friendly smile and compassionate and caring attitude; she is also empathetic and genuinely cares for residents and her fellow associates.
