We understand that our residents present a wide variety of changing senior needs. That’s why our continuum-of-care campus is equipped with trained staff and multiple senior living options.

Working closely with Life Care Center of Elyria, our campus provides assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, all in one location. Our goal is to promote peace of mind in each resident, as well as their loved ones, knowing that our campus can accommodate care transitions as they present themselves.

Meet Our Executive Director

Troy Pascley

Troy Pascley is originally from Alliance, Ohio. He graduated from Alliance High School and then went to the University of Louisville on a football scholarship. Troy graduated from Louisville in 2011 with a degree in communications.

After Troy's football career ended in 2016, he enrolled in grad school at Liberty University to obtain his MBA in executive leadership. In 2020, he began another in MBA at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, this time with an emphasis in human resources management.

Troy is driven by his faith, family, and the life lessons he has learned through overcoming many different difficult trials. These are the things that has shaped him as a leader. Additionally, Troy's desire to embrace leadership is driven by his calling to serve people, lead with integrity and accountability, and impact others in a way that motivates them to reciprocate the same measure of grace to someone else. Troy is results-driven and enjoys serving and helping others to be the best they can be.
