Sarah Baptiste is a native of South Florida. Sarah began her pursuit of higher education by attending Florida State University. She went on to earn a master's degree in healthcare administration from Florida Atlantic University.
As a servant leader, Sarah thrived in the senior living sector of healthcare and sought a better understanding of leadership. As a result, she decided to work toward a doctoral degree in healthcare administration and leadership. Sarah is currently a doctoral student at Central Michigan University as part of their DHA 2022 cohort.
Sarah passion for working with seniors began at an early age; her mother was a nurse for seniors for more than 25 years. During that time, Sarah volunteered at her mother's communities, working alongside her mother to care for seniors. As a result, Sarah grew a strong passion for her residents.
