"I fell in love with my residents," says Jim. "At the hotel, it was rare to get to know your guests, but in senior living you, get to love on them every day. I am so blessed to have found my second calling in senior living."
Jim holds a B.A. in business administration from the College of the Ozarks and a master's in psychology and counseling from the University of Missouri.
Jim relocated to Ft. Lauderdale three years ago from Kansas City, but his heart is still with the Royals and the Chiefs!
