Leila comes to The Bridge at Paradise Valley with more than 18 years of experience supporting health care and human resources operations. She also brings more than six years in the assisted living field, where she gained management experience and fell in love with caring for the senior community and becoming actively in their daily lives.
Leila earned master's and bachelor's degrees in health services and holds an administrator's license for Nevada Residential Facility Administrator (RFA). She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and was honored with the National Engaged Leader Award by the Honors Society – Sigma Alpha Pi through DeVry University.
Leila loves to teach, educate her staff, and be a resource for her residents and staff. She is always ready for intellectual conversation, and her love and compassion for her residents shows in her bubbly personality.
Leila is happily married to her husband, who is a registered nurse. Their family includes two daughters, two cats and one dog. In her spare time, Leila enjoys cooking, baking, reading, learning, and songwriting. She actively volunteers in the surrounding communities with two Star Wars-inspired cosplay organizations and is involved with her church’s music ministry – teaching and conducting their children’s choir during the Christmas season. From time to time, she also performs around the Las Vegas area with a local dance cover band, singing and playing bass guitar, piano, and percussion.Join Our Team
