As a Cleveland native, I joined Century Park Associates in 2015 after graduating from Lee University with my bachelor’s degree in psychology. It has always been a passion of mine to have a career that allowed me to help better the lives of others in some way. When I joined the Century Park team, I quickly fell in love with senior living because it allowed me to do just that: I get to use my strengths and talents to serve others and bring light into their lives.
When I started my career with Century Park, I began in sales. After five years of learning and growing with our great team, I became the executive director of our wonderful community.
Our residents' unique backgrounds and stories, their wisdom, and knowing that the work we do makes a difference in their lives every day are just a few of the reasons that I love what I do.
During my time in senior living, so many moments have helped shape me into who I am today. I’ll never forget one small moment that has defined my career in senior living: A resident once brought me a Christmas ornament with the word JOY on it. The resident told me to live by this word and what it means: Jesus first, Others second, and Yourself last. Living out that motto is the foundation for my leadership and how I desire to serve our community. I look forward each day to serving our residents and associates with JOY.Join Our Team
