Meet Our Executive Director

Meredith Brady

I moved to Colorado from Vermont 25 years ago for college. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in English. My first experience "working" with seniors was delivering Meals on Wheels with my grandma when I was in elementary school. I also played the clarinet in my fair share of nursing facilities while growing up!

I have worked in memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice care. I started working with seniors when I was in college and was hired as a caregiver in a memory care community. I moved from caregiver to Concierge, then Move-in Coordinator to Sales Director. I worked in hospice for almost 12 years before returning to the assisted living facility setting in 2020, when I joined The Bridge at Longmont team.

I've been in the senior living/health care field in both Colorado Springs and the Denver markets for the last 22 years. I am very passionate about servant leadership and caring for seniors!

I have a Professional Advancement Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Colorado, and I am about to finish my Assisted Living Administrator license through LeadingAge Colorado.

I am a lover of all animals, especially horses, and I have two daughters, ages 7 and 9. I am also very active in the local music community. I play clarinet in a concert band and have about a million other hobbies, most of which are related to being outside and with my girls!

I am delighted to lead the Longmont Team and am so honored to have the opportunity to be of service to this population.
