Bailey brings over 18 years of experience and a lifelong passion for serving seniors and their
families. His journey in senior care began at 11 years old, volunteering with Signature
HealthCare, a skilled nursing home community. After he was old enough to work there, he
began a lifelong career of service. What started as a young boy’s desire to make a difference
quickly grew into a lifelong calling.
Throughout his career, Bailey has served in numerous capacities within the senior living industry,
including activities director, business office assistant and director, social services assistant,
reception, and various other roles. These experiences have provided him with a well-rounded
understanding of senior care and a deep appreciation for the residents, families, and team
members he has the privilege of serving.
A devoted Christian, husband, and proud father of three, Bailey believes that serving others is
more than a profession—it is a calling. He is passionate about leading with faith, compassion,
and integrity while creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued,
families feel supported, and team members feel appreciated. Bailey and his wife, Kristen, reside
in Dayton, Tennessee with their three children, Emma Jo, Amelia, and Isaac.
