The Accushield® 5-Star Safety Rating recognizes senior living and skilled nursing facilities that have prioritized health safety and visitor management through the utilization of advanced sign-in and health screening technology. 5-Star Safety Rated communities prioritize the need to identify, track, and screen all visitors, including family members, friends, third-party caregivers, and other vendors. These communities understand the risk that visitors and third-party care providers can pose for residents and staff and have put in place policies to help mitigate that risk. As a trusted symbol of Safety, the Accushield® 5-Star Safety Rating helps communities increase awareness of the importance of safety through defined visitor management, health screening, entry policies, procedures, and systems.
My journey to a leadership role with Century Park's Remington Heights began when I started my career as the Business Office Manager in 2014. Looking back on that decision, I cannot imagine a better choice for myself and family. By joining Remington Heights, I not only began a rewarding career: I also gained an even bigger family.
I was blessed to have my three remaining biological grandparents still with me into my 40s. Unfortunately, all three passed away during the past five years. The residents at the facility have been my grandparents vicariously.
Six of the residents who lived here when I first started 7½ years ago are still here today. During tough times, I think of their resilience. Our residents are No. 1, and they are my focus. I am humbled by awesome responsibility to lead this community of amazing seniors.Join Our Team
