Marque McKinnor has more than six years’ experience as a Healthcare Facility Administrator in the state of Indiana. Marque has served as the executive director of Westside Garden Plaza since December 2019. His responsibilities include oversight of 90+ staff members and nearly 150 residents.
Prior to working at Westside Garden Plaza, Marque’s experience spanned from working for small community-based organizations to working for the largest energy/gas delivery company in the world. Marque also spent time working in the fourth largest hospital in Illinois, which is where he discovered his passion for the health care industry. He truly has a passion for seniors and believes in treating each resident with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Marque earned a B.A. from Kentucky State University and has served as the administrator at skilled nursing facilities and assisted and independent living communities throughout Indiana. He currently works to impact change by serving on Century Park’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee. He is also an active member in other professional and civic organizations.
When Marque isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, playing golf and enjoying quality time with his wife and family.Join Our Team
