The April 2024 Going the Extra Mile award goes to Joel Keuter, Cascade Park’s Dining Services Director! Joel has been with the community since 2009, and the residents and his fellow associates love and appreciate him dearly. Joel goes out of his way for residents’ needs and concerns, ensuring they are promptly addressed; he is always willing to talk with residents, especially when listening to their ideas and suggestions during food committee meetings. He says, “I love catering to the residents, even if I drive 40 miles to work each morning. My goal is to make them feel like family, and I try to make them smile. I have been doing that for 15 years at Cascade Park.” Thank you, Joel, for being a positive light–your work does not go unnoticed.
