Brett Jackson has been Westside Garden Plaza’s Lead Cook for over a year, and the community believes he is an essential asset to "Team Culinary." By following all 12 steps of excellence, Brett assists with cooking, ordering, and helping the staff/department when the Dining Services Director is absent. Brett productively utilities his skills and continues to be a prime example of leadership at Westside. When off campus, Brett enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Indianapolis Colts and various action and horror films on Netflix. Congratulations to Brett for Going the Extra Mile!
