Grandparents Day has a special place in the hearts of residents and staff at Century Park Associates. To honor this day, we wanted to hear about the best advice our residents ever received from their grandparents. Here are their stories: 

What was the best advice you ever received from your grandmother or grandfather? 

My grandmother always told me to eat my spinach. She said if I did I would have muscles like Popeye.
